GeoPave Resin Bound Case Study - Bramshill Police College, Hook
Background
Bramshill House is a Jacobean mansion standing on 269 acres of land in the civil parish of Bramshill in north-east Hampshire, England and can be traced back to Saxon times. It has had a varied history with owners such as Thomas Foxley who was commissioned to build Windsor Castle and Edward Zouche who demolished a large part of the original house and reinstated it to what we see today. It is now the location of the Police Staff College and has been since 1955.
The college’s mile-long driveway, car park and pathways had been somewhat neglected and required resurfacing with a material that would enhance the elegance of the mansion, but was highly durable in order to take the loads of police vehicles.
