With effect from 31. December 2015, the Cleanosol contracting activities in hence Norway and Sweden have been divested. Thereby, the first strategic objective for transformation of Geveko Markings has been achieved.
The activities in Norway have been sold to Jens Christian Knudsen and in Sweden as a management buy-out to Michael Svantesson. Part of the sales agreements has been that Geveko Markings will continue as supplier of its high quality, durable and easy installed materials as done in the past.
Sale reflects Geveko Markings new ambitions
Geveko Markings will in the future be a dedicated manufacturer and supplier of marking materials, says Group CEO Ulrik Haagen-Olsen. Our main operational agenda will be, to use our global footprint and strong market position to create one unified Geveko Markings. Moreover, we will enhance attention on accelerating sales through focusing resources on underpenetrated and new markets and not but least, use and realize the many synergies which lies in the group.
